Disclaimer: Please remember that we cannot spot reduce fat, meaning we can’t choose the areas on our body where we lose fat. However to get fat loss results I recommend the following:
1. Being in calorie deficit
2. Cardio/ HIIT workout (I often call these Fat Loss/Burn workouts on my channel)
3. Resistance training and specific muscle targeted workouts. To strengthen and develop specific muscles.

    Hi today is 19.5.2024 and i will be doing this for 2 weeks or more. Im not fat but i wanna have that summer waist bc summer is in 1 month so pls like this to remind me.     I love your workouts, but your music taste is terrible! The music on all of your videos I worked out with so far are just the worst possible music choices! Oh and also the music is so much louder than you are when you talk. It goes from almost a whisper to like I'm at the worst concert ever only because the music is just wrong for pilates! End rant, hope to hear some more calming background music and not terrible mainstream artists that have no business being a part of a pilates channel.

    this works wonders i been cutting off chips, soda and surgers, only drinking water… also im on a calorie deficit. i have been doing this workout for about a week along with another video of hers and the before and after pictures are insane!!! i see major improvements and i cant wait to see what my results will be in a month!!!

    Please , do not take the baby turtles!!! Honestly, I don't know why it is so hard to document yourselves on how to treat nature with respect. It is just the same with those who get excited riding on elephants. Disgusting if you know what they're put through. The same with turtles and any other wild animal. The chart started when I began the other exercise and the check is if I did both or only one.
